Throughout my career, I have led and developed large, highly diverse global teams across cultures, functions, and geographies — including teams of up to 100 people worldwide. I have built strategic teams from the ground up, united organizations through transformation, and supported teams in navigating complexity, growth, and change. One lesson has remained constant: people and team performance are the single most important drivers of sustainable business success.
